Ordering Information - From the Press
Orders from Booksellers, Libraries, Library Service Companies, etc.
Purchase orders can be sent by email, fax, phone or mail. Invoices will be shipped with your orders and are payable within 30 days of receipt. Cheques must be made payable to Caryl Peters. Please note that the PayPal option mentioned below can also be accessed for orders.
As these are limited editions and the covers can be damaged by improper handling, returns are only possible if damages occur in transit. Please contact us before returning books.
Rush orders can be accommodated - please contact us for Expresspost costs.

Individual Orders
Orders can be sent by email using the drop-down menu below or by mail or fax using our printable Order Form (PDF, 30K). However, payment must be made prior to shipment. Payment can be made by PayPal (using your credit card — you do not have to be a member) or by personal cheque.
- Personal cheque — payable to Caryl Peters in Canadian dollars — be sure to include your address. Please pay the amount above the "Buy Now" button as this includes GST and shipping costs.
- PayPal for individual copies: please access the "Buy Now" button in the catalogue section for the relevant title — we will be informed of your payment and will confirm and ship the book to you.
- PayPal for multiple copies: please email us with your order and we will help you through the process — the individual "Buy Now" buttons can be used but you will be charged shipping on an individual book basis which may or may not be more than a bulk purchase.
All Canadian orders must include GST & postage — this amount has been calculated for each of the titles and can be seen on the Catalogue pages above the “Buy Now” button.
U.S. orders — if possible, please use the PayPal option — you will be charged in Canadian dollars and our 5% GST tax, which is included in the price, will be applied to the extra postage required for your mailing. Other orders may be placed by mail with your cheque or money order for the appropriate amount in Canadian dollars.
For Overseas orders — due to the high cost of overseas mail from Canada, please contact the Press by email for instructions on paying for purchases. You may use PayPal but we will need to calculate the total cost on an individual basis - a preliminary estimate would be the stated PayPal price PLUS CA$10.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are available at a discount of 20% and are available for all our titles or for the two series: Canadian Masters and the Contemporary Canadian Poets Series. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before forthcoming books are shipped. Invoices will be sent with shipments.
